I’m currently playing around with two versions of Llama3, the 8b and 70b models, completely offline and contained in VHD’s. They seem adept at coding, summarizing, critiquing writing, and general conversation on most topics. My journey is laid out in My Installation of WSL Linux & Docker.
Always create a fresh drive image before making system changes/Windows updates; you may need to start over!
