    Hey all–

I want to save a Word Document as an HTML, but have a linked image reference an external URL. By default, when linking an image to a word document that is saved as an HTML document, Word copies that image to a local folder, then references the local image. How do I force the reference to point out to the cloud?

If you turn off storing the picture in the document, then Word will just link to it. I’m not sure how you are inserting the picture, so this image shows both the dialog and the switch in the field code.

Wow, I forgot all about using a field code! I use to be quite the Word guru in my circles, but apparently not anymore. The old adage “Use it or lose it” applies here. Thanks for the help.
