Link update on opening (Excel 97)

I have an inherited workbook that contains an invalid link. Every time I open it, I get the update message which, of course, does not work. I read a tip to edit the link and delete it, but Excel will not let me do this. My question: how does one find those links in the workbook (250+ tabs) and/or properly edit the link to delete it?

Thanks for the advice. Findlink.xla solved the problem by offering on the spot to delete the offending link.

Is it just one link? Can you find the cell(s) and just type in the value(s)?
