I have a 42 page report that has a number of near blank pages, there are over a hundred fields in the detail section so each “Row” of data fills one page.
What I would like to do is skip pages where certain key data is not available. any ideas of how to do this from the report rather than from the underlying query? ( it is messy enough already exclamation )

    Many Thanks

Assuming that the data you want to skip is in the detail section, use the OnFormat event of that section to test the values you want to be there. If they aren’t, you can Cancel the format and set MoveLayout to false. That will skip formatting the section for that record and just go on to the next without inserting any blank space for the current detail section.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
