    Is there a way to tell WHO last modified a contact? I can see the Modified Date and Time, but can one tell WHO did the modifying?

      If the machine was running and Outlook open anyone could.
      Other than that only the owner who is logged in can make the change, unless the “Contacts” is a “Global” type.
