    My ‘Junk senders’ and ‘adult Senders’ list is growing quite large. Can this measurably slow down snail receiving e-mail?

      It would appear not. I have 4 different rules, not counting my exclusion list, with somewhere around 30 to 50 items in each. At start up it would take maybe 10 seconds to run through an average of over 50 new messages daily.
