Anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut to move from one “newspaper” column to the next? (These are the columns created by Format ==> Columns…) I salute the person that can enlighten me on this point… salute

It is Word 97 SR-2, Kellie — thanks!

You can use Ctrl+Shift+Enter to insert a column break, which will jump you to the next column.

That’s a great idea — this article is 4 pages long. I’ll put all the text into a borderless table with one row and one column, and then Format ==> Columns and make it 2 columns. I still won’t be able to hit to go to the other side since the table is one column and one row, but I had never thought of that as a way to get the multi-column look.

Cheers cheers to you too, and thanks!
