    Win 10 1909.

    I have installed KB4535680 but my PC is not UEFI.

    Should I uninstalled it even if It does not cause problem.

      If Windows wants to install it and it doesn’t cause problems, leave it in.

      What Paul said.  The problems occur during install so if you got it on there with zero issues, congratulations.

      the KB4535680 update is mostly safe to install now regardless if the computer is using either UEFI or legacy BIOS.

      I had no problems installing the KB4535680 update on 64bit Win8.1, Win10 LTSB 2016 (v1607) & LTSC 2019 (v1809) machines – and no problems encountered after KB4535680 was installed after a reboot.
