    Thought I was deferring KB4023057, but it shows as installed.
    Susan says to defer. Should I uninstall?

      KB4023057 might be listed as “Microsoft Update Health Tools” in the classic Programs and Features control panel (appwiz.cpl). uninstall from there

      from time to time, Microsoft revises or releases new versions of KB4023057 without any warning

      If your Windows PC runs with no problems there is no need to uninstall.

      If unwanted you can uninstall this update, but you have to hide KB4023057 every time it shows up in the list.

      Just got some minutes ago KB4023057 for Windows 10 Pro 21H1.
      Installed.
      No problems.
