I can confirm no problem with those updates. I believe that problem is there only for some SSL enabled wsus servers ( more details in topick on MS forum)

I know it definitely affected both of the Server 2012 R2 WSUS servers in my SCCM environment.  I verified I was getting the errors in windowsupdate.log on multiple machines, removed the relevant KB and everything went back to normal. *sigh*
