Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

K7S5A(3.1B)
K7S5A Pro(5.0)
K7S5A2(1.0A)Please check with Technical Support to see whether any of these are a match with your system.

AskWoody LoungerDecember 6, 2005 at 3:28 pm #988818I’m not a real geek, but I think something may be wrong with the power supply – take a look at the -12v voltage from your attachment:

Voltage Sensor(s)
CPU Core Voltage : 1.76V
Aux Voltage : 2.64V
+3.3V Voltage : 3.28V

-12V Voltage : 0.39V
-5V Voltage : -5.61V

AskWoody LoungerDecember 4, 2005 at 10:12 am #988416Sal,
Is there a reason you want to upgrade the firmware on your motherboard? For example to fix a problem or support some new hardware.
This is often a risky thing to do, and I would strongly advise that you don’t start unless there is some very important reason for the upgrade.
