My company has several openings and I would like to post the listings. Is this a legal post? I enjoy using the forum and I do not want to do anything wrong. I know that it is not a job listing but the positions require some of the talents that I have seen in the other posters and that I was ask for permission.

    Thanks,
    Deborah

I’m not a moderator, or even an expert,
but this particular forum probably would be
      inappropriate for such a post.
You might try the ‘Scuttlebutt’ section.
There’s all kinds of craziness going on there. crazy

How about a link to the postings?

There’s certainly nothing wrong with that suggestion. If Deborah wants to post a link to her companies web site and specifically to the job postings, that’s perfectly acceptable.

Maybe a new Lounge or two: Positions available, positions wanted? The former might be a source of revenue.

We thought about something like that at one time, Peter, but the issue has only come up on infrequent occasions and it is outside the mission of the Lounge.
