Is there an online manual update link for Office 2016 Pro (Volume License)?

KB5001969 has caused an issue with Shared Files within Access … MS has acknowledged this and has posted a notice that to correct this user must go to ACCOUNT and press the update Button … I have 3 OFS Pro 2019 Licenses where this worked 100% but I have 7 OFS Pro 2016 Volume Licenses that are missing the Update Button and I can’t seem to find any way to invoke this special update on my 2016 licensed machines.

OFS 2016 local repair doesn’t change anything … Online Repair isn’t available either … the 6 manual online KB5001969 updates don’t include whatever patch is available via the update button.

Can anyone share how to do an update for Volume Licenses of OFS 2016 Pro?

If you have Office 2016, the fix is in KB4484211. You must manually download the patch and install it. We’re still waiting on the fix for Office 2013.

Thanks, I actually found this same link late this afternoon and can confirm it resolved the issue in OFS 2016 … was just about to update this thread when I received your email.
