I will try to make a long story short…
- Just bought a new house for which HOA dues include standard TV and internet provided my Spectrum.
- My old house had Spectrum internet, including email going back to the days of Roadrunner (an rr.com domain).
- During the transition from old to new I spoke with two different Spectrum representatives in their ‘bulk’ services department to arrange and confirm the move of my email accounts from my old Spectrum account to my new one (yes, there is an account. I get a zero due invoice every month).
- This morning, attempts to access email were met with “account inactive” responses.
- I spoke with a Spectrum “bulk’ service rep who told me that Spectrum was no longer providing email services.
So, I’m here because I have not been able to confirm that in any of my many internet searches. Does anyone know whether Spectrum is indeed simply discontinuing email service? No forewarnings have been received.
