    I’ve been using Microsoft PhotoDraw since 2000, love it! I’ve seen a listing to a site that is selling version 3.1.0.1811. Makes me wonder if this is real. Does anyone know? I don’t want to give them credit card info.

      The last Microsoft release of PhotoDraw was v2.0 on December 31,1999.

      I highly doubt an updated version of PhotoDraw V2, There was a legitimate free issue of it’s successor, MS Digital Image Suite 2006 that was rattling around long after support for the paid version ended but that was a couple of years ago now so don’t know if it’s still available. I find the two programs quite similar in some respects and complimentarily capable in others.

      …I just checked and it is still available from MS download center.
