Hi everyone. I don’t remember seeing anything in the newsletter about going ahead and upgrading to Windows 10 v. 2004. I tried to search the forums, but had no luck. Has Woody given the green light to upgrade?

Woody recommends Win10 v1909. It is stable and doesn’t reach EOL till May 11, 2021.

Win10 2004 still has a lot of problems. I you look through the Main Blog pages since it’s release and the Win10 Forums (particularly the Win10 2004 Forum) you will see the problems your “search” missed. You can use the “Forums” button at the top of the main page to navigate the site.

I appreciate your reply. Even though I’ve been a newsletter subscriber for many years, I have never used the forum ’til now. Thanks for the pointer…

thanks for asking – I was wondering the same thing.  I never knew there was sub-group for the various updates.

I’ve updated nearly 100 PCs and laptops for our charity to Windows 10 v2004, from v1903, without any reported problems as yet (other than having to do a manual update on less than half-a-dozen of them which tried and failed repeatedly to install v1909).  But then again, we have simple needs…!
