Every link for GigaByte support leads to a “502 Gateway” error. Anyone else notice this?

cuz the gigabyte.com web site is currently working on my end – no 502 gateway error messages
AND I DO own a Gigabyte board (model GA-78LMT-USB3 R2)

      Thanks for the reply’s,

My MB is X470 AORUS GAMING 7 WIFI (rev. 1.0)

First link that gives me the error (which is an old email reply from them on a different matter): https://esupport.gigabyte.com/#list

If I go to the Gigabyte page for my MB and on the left, click on the link for Technical Support, it gives me the 502 at  https://esupport.gigabyte.com/

If I use the Service/Support link at the top, it takes me to the FAQ’s. I can click on anything there and it still has that same address for technical support which throws the 502.

So bottom line, all I can get to is the FAQ’s.

That 502 is an nginx server error – a website error that’s not unknown here at AskWoody either.
They are usually short-term, so try again later 🙂

LOL, I hope so, since I still have warranty left on my MB 🙂

Always create a fresh drive image before making system changes/Windows updates; you may need to start over!
We all have our own reasons for doing the things that we do with our systems; we don't need anyone's approval, and we don't all have to do the same things.

Do you get the 502 error on that link?

No. On that page there is a link to Support (where all the downloads are) so I go to that page (which loads fine), but when I click for Technical support, it goes to the 502.

So from the looks of it, Gigabytes esupport site is still down. This all started when I wanted to ask them a question this morning about their latest BIOS update procedure’s.

When I went to https://esupport.gigabyte.com/#list  and  https://esupport.gigabyte.com/  earlier there was a notice, “Notice this platform will stop supporting TSL1.0 and TSL1.1”

Interesting, I just went there and didn’t get that message. I signed in and submitted my question about 10 minutes ago.

I am seeing that TSL1.0 and TSL1.1 message on my end in the News section of the gigabyte eSupport site – using Firefox 68.5 ESR, Google Chrome 80 and MS Edge Chromium 80
