I frequently make appointments for different members of the family and record the time, date, place, etc as an appointment in Outlook. Then I use the button INVITE ATTENDEES to notify my husband, children, etc. about the appointment.
I use Outlook 2000 and my daughter uses Outlook XP. When she receives the e-mail with the appointment, it is an e-mail message, not an appointment that she can accept or reject. Does she need to change some settings? If so, what?
I don’t usually have trouble with appointment with colleagues who are using the same version and on the same server.
