email message – you need a mail server
just a message – winpopup or IM (you need a different IM acct for each computer and an internet connection active) i use 3Ms postit notes in place of winpopup and there are shareware versions of winpopup that are good.

outlook can’t share message stores, you need ot leave the messages on the server and collect it with both.

which mode of outlook? if corp you can set up wgpo, if IMO mode, you’ll probably want a pop mail server. a list of pop servers is posted in the server forum.
