UPDATE 3/19: Hello Windows Insiders, we have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18356.16 (KB4494123) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. This Cumulative Update is a little bit bigger as it is designed to help us test our servicing pipeline with larger updates. This update contains nothing new. We simply updated the version numbers of several components in the OS

“#WindowsInsiders: some of you may have had your devices opted out of receiving new builds after installing 18356. You can check via Settings > Update and Security > Windows Insider Program. If your device was opted out, you can simply opt back in to receive the next new build”

Trying this Build this morning. Have not been able to pass 18343, have not been able to pass GO.

UPDATE: Crashed in the same place as the other Builds – about 10 to 15 seconds after the blue Win10 logo appears after the second reboot. Rolls back to 18343.
Will try again next time

If the upgrade fails again, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/resolve-windows-10-upgrade-errors particularly the “Windows Error Reporting” and “Upgrade error Codes” section.

Error code before (earlier build)  was 0xC1900101 – no extension.
Have tried this before, but am trying it again on this Build, probably for a second this morning.

Ran Disk Cleanup, system files.
Uninstalled Malwarebytes Free, SuperAntiSpyware Free, BitDefender AV Free, Open Shell Menu. (Only a few third-party apps left).
Drivers up to date – unless MS swaps them out in the install.
Keyboard and mouse connected (no touch screen).

Will check back when the results are in.

UPDATE:
Add CCleaner to the list of uninstalls above.
Anyway, crashed in the same place.
MS has messed with something. Probably included some of their drivers in the install (typical),
