• Insert Picture into Protected Form

    Hello All

I’ve created a form to be used for reporting incidents, as such it takes the user through the process in a step by step manner and, where necessary, restricts the answers to Yes/No.

My problem is that I’d like them to have the ability to add pictures if necessary, in order to better explain the incident. This can’t be done in a protected form, so, how do I get around this?

If it’s not possible, would it be viable to use Excel and protect key areas?

    Thanks in advance.

You can insert section breaks, then specify which sections will be protected.
Users will be able to insert pictures in unprotected sections.

Another option is to create a macro that
      – Unprotects the document.
      – Displays the Insert Picture dialog.
      – Protects the document again.
