Insert picture in a Comment (Office 2000, W SR-1)

Hi,

Another “Comment” question:

When editing in a comment I can insert a picture. But that picture is not shown in the screen when you hold the mouse over it.

Is there anyway I can make the picture to be shown?
and
(ref. my question in Ref 133915) how can the font in the comment on the screen be made larger?

I have tried to change the setting. The result is that all such text become larger, even the Done in bottom left of this window where for instance the http address is appearing.

Pasting a picture into the comment and make it show is very useful when explaining things/actions to take.
