Insert flash video (flv)

Hello.
I’ve managed to add a flash video (swf) to my PowerPoint 2003 presentation, but I can’t do the same thing where the file
has an extension .flv. I believe this is still a flash video? Any idea how I can get round this?
(I add an ActiveX object from the Controls Toolbox to achieve this.)

Have you tried to convert it first, if you Google there are loads of free converters listed
