I’ve spent tons of time the past few days trying to access my photos in Windows Explorer (photos which I can see at photos.Google.com).  I’ve just about concluded that this cannot be done.

I have many photos at dropbox.com which I can see at either dropbox.com or with Windows Explorer.  For example, to see a detailed list of all file names, sizes and dates, I can do that in Windows Explorer, but not in a web browser for either Dropbox.com or photos.google.com.

I sure hope I’m wrong.  Does anyone know how to use Windows Explorer with Google Photos?

You can’t access Google photos using Windows/File Explorer.

I think that you can do this if you install Google Drive. It creates a G drive which is where your data can be seen in Explorer. Whether you want is is another matter.

Just a thought, I think you would have to have your photos in the G drive – it’s a while since I used it
