I have imported a Word Document into a blank Publisher publication which is 100 pages in length. I now have 2 questions: Is it possible to globally reformat the text boxes instead of doing this for each page? It has imported the document with a white fill throughout the entire publication and this will not work for my needs.
My second question: if I break the link between the text boxes, all of my subsequent text disappears. I would like to be able to move pages around to different locations.

2nd question first – your text is still there I think but it’s all on page 1. Drag the bottom edge of the text box and i think you’ll see it.
As far as formatting it, if you click Edit >Highlight entire Story – you can then make changes to the whole thing

I’m still working with Publisher 2k so the detail may differ but I think you’ll find I’m right in principle.
