I need to import slides that are in a different size thn the one I’m importing into. In other words, let’s say I set my slide master to the 16:9 size and I want to add slides from an older PPT presentation that is set at 4:3. When I import the 4:3 slides it resizes them to 16:9. The problem is that imported graphics lose their aspect ratio. I know in WORD you can have different page sizes in a document by using “Section Breaks” but I have not been able to make it work in PowerPoint. Is there a solution other then pasting all the graphics in individually?

    Thanks!

There’s no way to do this that I know of except as you say pasting the content in.

You could keep the imported slides, graphics and all, and resize the graphics manually to suit.

If the graphics are available as separate pictures, you can import them all at once, using insert, photo album.
