I have a client who gets an email when a person registers for a class. Currently, she is printing the email and then entering the data into a database. Is there a way to automatically import the data from the email to access?

If the client is using Outlook, you could use Automation to read the e-mails and transfer data from them to a table in Access.

They are using outlook so can you provide me with some details on how to do this? This is completely new to me.

It is not very sophisticated, but it would be more efficient and accurate to copy and paste from the email, than print and retype.
