I am getting ready to change jobs and would like to take the years of emails with me. Not company secrets or anything like that, but all of the tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years, the personal message, etc.

My problem is that my current employers has Lotus Notes (bleck!!) and my new employer has good old Outlook. Aside from just forwarding each message (what a pain!), is there an import for .nsf files into Outlook?

Listed import capabilities in Outlook include Lotus ccMail, Lotus Organizer & Microsoft Mail, and several more. *.nsf is not mentioned in Outlook 2000. Does Notes export to one of these or any other common mail client?

This isn’t directly on point, but… I’ll briefly share it anyway. smile

When I left a cc:Mail shop, I scrounged around and finally found a way to export folders to text files. The messages would appear in chronological order, and the attachments would be saved as individual files. Nowadays, that type of export would be viewed as fairly limited functionality, but at the time, it seemed like a miracle. laugh
