We have a list in excel of about 500 client names and a separate field for email addresses and want to import these into outlook and add as a group for sending a bulk email newsletter. I cannot see how to import this table. Any help would be really appreciated.

The list must be a named range in the Excel workbook.
      In Outlook:
You may want to create a dedicated (sub)folder to store the clients.
Select File | Import and Export…
Select “Import data from another program or file”, then click “Next”.
Select “Microsoft Excel”, then click “Next”.
Enter a file name, or click Browse.
Specify how duplicates are to be handled, then click “Next”.
Select the folder into which the data should be imported and click “Next”.
      Specify the mapping of columns.
      Click “Finish”.
