If someone wants to make an image or a clone of a drive that is encryted and/or has bitlocker, does those features has to be disable first ?

No as the drive is online and mounted.  If the backup is not encrypted now your data is not encrypted.  Bitlocker/drive encryption only protects data at rest/when the computer is off.

If your disk is encrypted, you may want to encrypt your backup too. While unusual, “secure” [off site] storage can be subject to loss or theft.
