GuestFebruary 6, 2020 at 2:21 pm #21359481909, 1809, and 1709 all work for me. All happened to be on the same build number too across all Win10 versions. Sounds like it is a cloud service if its the same build on all those 10 versions.
Does bits really get change on the local computer when the build changes (or just the cloud service)? Just thinking out loud.

AskWoody LoungerFebruary 7, 2020 at 11:13 am #2136443Woody & Susan:
looks like your reporting is getting an awesome pat on the back from other sites:
btw, you still have that bridge to sell to Microsoft or should they just use the wood from their Pinocchio nose?

AskWoody_MVPFebruary 13, 2020 at 6:21 am #2139813Ever since my in-place update from Version 1809 to 1903 (not 1909) I have had the same blank Search issues as the 1909 crowd. And this same script fixes my Search temporarily. Then it reverts to blank. Anyone else getting this for Version 1903? I have disabled Bing Search and all Cloud Search options and limited Cortana to local search only.
