If/Or Statement (Word 2003)

Do you know if I can paste a scanned signature in an if/or statement? I can copy the signature but the paste is grayed out in the if/or box.

Should work fine…
The gray box is probably only the field shading, which you can control in “Tools > Options > View”.

Once you are in the gray box, you cannot choose edit from the menu to try to paste the signature in???

Sorry, I probably misunderstood. I thought you were in a IF field…
What is an if/or box? How did you insert it?

1. Doing a mail merge.
2. Step one pick letter
3. Step three pick Type a new list, create
4. The Insert Word Field command now shows up on my toolbar.
5. Later in the process I select Insert Word Field drop down list
6. Select If
