    Intermittently when I start IE8, the toolbar area will be black. Many conversations with Microsoft IE8 support has not solved problem or identified why it’s happening. It seems to be connected to something with display properties in XP because changing the theme will correct the problem in that session. Anyone else notice this and/or have a fix?
