I normally work in Access but am curious about a problem with IE7. The school I work for has a website (http://www.williston.com). When I jump to the homepage from another site (like google or one of our intranet sites) and click the back button, it hangs on the Williston hompage. It works correctly in Firefox 2, and I’m just curious what might be the cause of this. I have two intranet sites I’ve built for the school so it’s more than a passing interest. Any ideas?

    Thanks

I tried it just now using IE7, and I don’t have any problem using the Back button from the Williston home page, so apparently IE7 itself is not the problem.
What happens if you select Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet Explorer (no add ons), go to (for instance) Google and then to the Williston website? Does the Back button still hang?

Interesting. It still hangs for me using IE(no add-ons). I wondered if it was some setting but I’ve looked them over and don’t see any issue. I could try clearing out my temp files and see if that helps. Any other thoughts appreciated.
