IE7 tabs

Apologies for this query, but I’ve driven myself mad trying to solve it.

How do you set your home page to appear every time you open a new tab.

I’ve done it before but forgotten how

You do not mention which version of IE. I have IE 8. In IE 8 click tools, then Internet Options, then General Tab, Tabs Settings. At about the middle of the window you will see a drop down box to set a new tab to open in Your first home page, a new tab or a blank tab. Choose your first home page. That all there is.

In IE 7, if I remember corectly, click on the new tab. I believe there is an option on the new tab to open to your home page. If anyone remembers better about IE 7 please add to this thread.

In IE7 under Tools/ Internet Options / General / Tabs / Settings there is a box to check “Open Home page for new tabs” and you should be set
