IE7 opens blank (IE7)

i just upgraded to IE7 and now every time I close a folder in window (SP2) I get a blank IE7 page. Every time. IE7 opens just fine when I tell it to.

Check Internet Explorer Options, home page settings. they are different from IE6.

Do you mean that you close a folder in Windows Explorer and a new instance of IE opens? If not, can you post a screenshot of the folder open and then post another when you close it?

Ok, I don’t know what happened to my reply from last week but to answer your question…

Yes, any time I close any folder (WE was just an example) I get a new instance of IE that opens. It does not open to the home page.

That is very strange behavior. Have you uninstalled IE7 to see if the behavior reverts back to normal? Have you run full A/V and Spyware scans?
