    win 7 pro all of a sudden i cant copy and paste from my email
    every where else i can

    when i hig lite text it stays gray

      How do you access your email – with a browser or email client program?
      Have you tried re-booting the system?
      Is your system up-to-date with patches?
      If this just started after you installed some patches have you tried uninstalling the patches?

        its a comcast problem according to there help forums they changed something on there end.the work around its click on print then cancle then you can copy and paste
