    When I choose the insert hyperlink option in a new document the “look in” folder is My Documents; however in a document in which I have already created hyperlinks and wish to add new ones, the “look in” folder is a sub folder of My documents. How can I get the default folder back to My documents?

      Is the subfolder the one the document is saved in? I think you get My Documents if the document hasn’t been saved yet, and the folder the document has been saved in otherwise.

        Yes, actually it is the folder in which the document is saved in. I suppose there is no way to change this?!
