A couple I know uses Outlook for their email program. Each of them has a separate email address. They are not very knowledgeable computer users. They have asked me to help them so that they can send and receive emails independently. Can someone direct me to a good site where I can read up on using Outlook. I am not at all familiar with Outlook – I use Outlook Express. Thanks.

If they have separate Windows login names, they can set up Outlook completely independent from each other.
If they share the same Windows account, they can create separate Outlook profiles that will use separate files to store e-mails etc. They can set up Outlook to prompt for the profile to use.
If they prefer to share the same Outlook profile (and e-mail storage), they can still set up two e-mail accounts (corresponding to an e-mail address), and choose which one to use.

See How to…. use Outlook and the links provided there.
