How to exchange large file, approx. 750MB each file, among three PCs through Internet?

User A: Comcast (ATT Broadband) cable internet with SMC broadband router, WindowsXP Home
User B: Regular telephone dial-up internet connection, WindowsXP Home
User C: Road Runner cable internet, WindowsXP Home

      yikes
User B: with a great deal of patience. A quick mental calculation – assuming a continuous and reasonable connection, a compliant ISP and a following wind – around 40 hours download time.

Do you not have any other options?

I see your point. Fortunately, the file going to user B is only about 10MB.

As far as I know, the upload speed of ATT broadband for user A is limited to 128KB. By this limitation, it requires a 5-hour upload time for the 750MB file. Am I correct? If it is the case, probably the snail mail is the only solution.

          I have a 512K (download) speed which roughly equates to 3.3MB/minute. 128 would be 1/4 of that – around 800K a minute.
          So 750 x 1.2 minutes = approx 950 minutes.
          Say 16 hours . . .

          Edited to add:
If you are going to try it, I would make sure you have some software (such as Download Accelerator Plus) that will allow resumption of an interrupted download. I’m not sure XP has that functionality built in.
