How to show planned hours per task as of Status Date

Hi,
I want a field to show planned hours per task as of Status Date. I can use the Work field but that gives me the total hours per task. I want to see how many hours I planned as of the current date. Meaning, if I have a 4 days task, my work field will show 32 hours (8 hours/day x 4 days). I’m on day 2, I want a field to show me that I should have 16 hours of planned work. Then I can compare what my actual work is per day.

I used the Task Usage View to look at what you are wanting to display. I added the field called Remaining Work to the Task Usage Table. If your plan is updated as to what is complete it should show what you are looking for.
