how to retain text box shading

Hi,

In Visio2000 I copied & pasted text boxes between 2 documents.
Some of the text boxes were shaded & they lost all their shading.
Can anyone pls. recommend a fix?

I have a lot of text boxes, so the manual process could be painful!
