I have chosen to use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages and to select the in stationery by default. Recently, the Bullets and Numbering feature of format have started acting not right (When I press the Tab key, the numbering does not jump to the next level).

However, the Bullets and Numbering feature in Word 2002, not in Outlook 2002, works with no problem. Since Outlook 2002 crashed itself for several times before this problem came up, I suspected the default e-mail stationery was damaged. How to fix this problem?
