how to print all contacts in a contact group, in outlook 365[desktop ver.]?

Hi, I have a windows 10 pro computer. From my school, I have Office 365.

This is desktop version.

I am trying to print one of these contact groups.

Following the directions below, in the link, I find it does not work for me

I can select entire group, either using rt. click or Control A. But when I try to print it; it only prints the heading. MY group name and a horizontal line. No contacts at all.

This happens whether I try to print one single  contact or my entire list.

Any ideas??

Don’t know if this is a setting or a problem with your Outlook. Try the following to find out.

Select all the contacts in the group, but do Not select the group heading…just each individual contact in the group.
Select File > Print to bring up the Outlook Print screen and press the Print Options button as shown in the screenshot below.

In the Print Options windows select the options below as shown in the screenshot below:
Select Microsoft Print to PDF
Select Card Style
Select All
Select Only selected items

Click Print which will open File Explorer for you to select a name for this PDF and a place to save it to.

After printing, open the PDF and see what displays. If it is what you like then print the PDF.
