Is it possible to increase the text size in the reading pane if one is using HTML rather than plain text? Have tried setting the text size by right clicking the reading pane border, but that doesn’t do anything. Have also tried a Control+Scroll; again, no response. Anybody know an alternate method?

Control key and the scroll wheel works on my system.
You will have to set it for each message.

      I have Outlook 2003 + IE7 + Windows XP.

To get the Largest / Large / Medium selector to work, unfortunately, it appears that you have to set IE to disregard font sizes. In IE: Tools > Options > General tab > Accessibility button > “Ignore font sizes specified on web pages”.

For some reason, even that doesn’t get the scroll wheel method working for me (I think it used to work?!).
