I want to pay someone demonstrably competent with Outlook, Outlook 2013, Office365, Outlook.com, and IMAP to sort out problems I’m having. The Microsoft.com site is less than helpful, because this inquiry on Google: site:microsoft.com How to find Microsoft Certified Professional? provides plenty about obtaining certification and links to sign in to Microsoft’s member sites, which is of little use to me. The results from Bing are worse. How to find one?

Start at Why Work with an Office 365 Expert?. Use the “Browse by Category drop down list for other products.

I was going to say I’m certified, but that may not be a good thing. 😎

You might want to find a guy who actually knows something about computers, not just someone with a certificate.

Unfortunately, there are all too many guys in this world, with various certificates that can’t find there *** with both hands. Comprende?

I’ll take experience over cert’s any old day.

      Just a personal preference…..

      😎
