Cookies in for Edge in Win10 appear to be located here:
    …AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCookies

But they are unreadable as they don’t show website names.

I want to find and delete specific cookies by the website name.

Searching via Google has been unproductive on how to do this (if at all possible).  NirSoft has a program called EdgeCookiesView that allows for display off Edge cookies but doesn’t provide for deletion.  NirSoft also has an IECookiesView that allows for cookie deletion but those cookies are not the same as Edge cookies and I don’t know where they are actually stored.

Microsoft used to store cookies in a folder named “Cookies” but that isn’t valid in Win10.

So, is there a program or method to delete specific Edge cookies or does MS not want us to be able to do that?

If you are using the Chromium-based Edge go to Options | Settings | Site permissions | Cookies and site data (in the right pane) | see all cookies and site data. You can delete individual site cookies there.

The highlighted answer from “Ken01” on this site (answers.micsrosoft.com) works well.

        OK, that worked!

From the linked page [In Edge]:

This worked for me. Go to site you want to delete cookies for, press F12. Go to STORAGE (middle of the right side top of page). Click Cookies. Click the Cookie folders, highlight the cookies, right click, and “Delete all cookies”, which deletes all cookies ONLY RELATING TO THAT SITE. This worked perfectly for me!

OP is using the “old” Edge based on Spartan (EdgeHTML), not the newer Chromium based Edge version

@ibe98765 I can’t wait for the Chromium-based Edge to be naturally available to the general public especially for the average user.

Here’s an idea to consider during the time being.
I have used CCleaner to whitelist the cookies for the websites I use.
      — I allow CCleaner to remove the cookies for everything else.
