I could not find the Outline Numbered in the list of Add or Remove Buttons/Format.

If you right click on a toolbar then select Customise from the menu that appears, you can then choose the Commands Tab. Select All Commands from the categories list, and you can scroll down a very long list of commands. I wonder if FormatMultilevelDefault is the one you are looking for? If so drag it to a toolbar and try it. (I’m using Word 2000, but I imagine it will be similar.)

      Hi Dennis:
Follow Ian’s instructions, but I think you’re looking for FormatHeadingNumbering. smile

I could not find either the FormatMultilevelDefault or the FormatHeadingNumbering in my Word2002 menu.

The button I want to create is for the function of Format_Bullets and Numbering_Outline Numbered.

As I say, I’m not familiar with Word 2002, but what menu are you referring to? The command that I’m referring to isn’t on a menu.
