The dates are each contained in their own textbox, so it is just a matter of selecting the text boxes and then setting the font size in th euysual mannner.

If you use the the shape selector (the white arrow on the drawing toolbar), you can select all the textboxes at once and format as required.

        Andrew,

There are 365 text boxes to select. How to select them all at once, as you suggested? I tried to use the white arrow Select Objects arrow. I could not figure out how to select all 365 text boxes at once.

Sorry, I downloaded a 2001 calendar. With the 2003, I could use the Select Objects arrow to lasso an entire month, then use the Font Size drop-down. I could select all of the text boxes with lasso’ing, but then I could not change the font size. HTH –Sam

It seems that 365 textboxes might be too much for excel to cope with at once. As Sammy suggested. select a month (or maybe two) at a time. If you place the object selector just outside the first text box, and then whilst depressing the mouse button drag the selection to include the first month. When all are selected, change the font size as required. If you do not perform any other operation, after selecting each subsequent month, just press F4 which should repeat the font size operation.

Just select the rows which contain date and use the font size drop down.
