Windows 10 Pro x86-64 Desktop, Logitech keyboard

I’ve turned off MouseKeys in the settings but, for some reason, it keeps turning itself back on.

I just want my NumLock and NumPad keys to work normaly and to be able to switch from numbers to arrows and vice versa. Not MouseKeys! I hate MouseKeys! aaaaaaaaaaah!

    Help…

There are 2 “different” settings that enable Mouse keys.

Use the numeric keyboard to move mouse around the screen.

Use Mouse Keys when NUM LOCK is On.

They both must to be off to completely disable it.

There’s a default keyboard shortcut that toggles Mouse Keys on/off:

Left Alt + left Shift + Num lock = Turn Mouse Keys on or off

You could be hitting that combination of keys inadvertently.

It can be disabled at Control Panel, Ease of Access Center, Make the mouse easier to use, Control the mouse with the keyboard, Set up Mouse Keys, Keyboard shortcut, Turn on Mouse Keys with left ALT + left SHIFT + NUM LOCK, uncheck, OK:

Strange how if you check for stickykeys and filterkeys, they have a box you can deselect to stop them. Mousekeys has .. nothing. Might be worth some customer feedback I suppose… it could be they forgot the tick box but there is a setting…
